To transfer the structure query to the Structure/Reaction query box on the Advanced Search Interface, click on the Transfer Mode icon in the top left hand corner of the ISIS/Draw window or on the button with the label 'Transfer' that appears bottom left in both the ChemDraw and Java Applet draw windows.
