On the Advanced Search interface there is a choice of ISIS/Draw, ChemDraw and the Java Applet to be used for entering structure queries.
To select the software simply select the radio button beside the software name.
Having done this, clicking on the Draw Button will automatically open the selected drawing software program.
If ISIS/Draw does not automatically start, uninstall the plugins and reinstall them as described in Structure Drawing Software section.
