Structure Searching

Carrying out Structure Searches is possible using the Advanced Search interface. A choice of three drawing software packages is available permitting searches to be made for Substructures, Exact Structures and Reactions.

How Do I make a Structure Search?

1. Select the preferred drawing software from the three that are available at the top of the Advanced Search interface.
2. Click on the Draw Button to open the Draw Window.
3. Enter the structure query and transfer it back to the Advanced Search interface using the transfer button in the Draw Window.
4. Check and select the required Structure Search Options.
5. Begin the search and retrieve the hits by clicking on the Search Button in the Advanced Search interface.
