Thieme–IUPAC Prize

Invitation

On behalf of the Organizing Committee it is our great pleasure to announce the „Nagoya Symposium 2013“ which will be held in Nagoya at Nagoya University on May 23, 2013. This one-day symposium takes place in conjunction with the 2013 Editorial Board meeting of SYNTHESIS, SYNLETT and SYNFACTS.

The presence of nearly all Editorial Board members of the three Thieme Chemistry journals provides us with the unique opportunity to bring them together with researchers, students and interested chemists based in Far-East countries and particularly in Japan. During the short lectures, participants will receive an overview of current research results achieved in the laboratories of our Editors, covering many different aspects of organic synthesis and chemistry. A poster session will also be organized where participants, in particular graduate and postgraduate students get the chance to present their latest results to the Editors of SYNTHESIS, SYNLETT and SYNFACTS.

We look forward to welcoming you in Nagoya to spend a day fully packed with exciting science!
