Prof. Benjamin List wins the 2012 Otto Bayer Award

The chemist receives the prize for excellent achievements in the field of Organocatalysis.

 

SYNLETT-, SYNFACTS- and Asymmetric Organocatalysis-Editor Prof. Benjamin List from the Institute for Coal Research in Mülheim/Ruhr, Germany, is the 2012 winner of the 75.000 Euro Otto Bayer Award. This prestigious prize is presented biennial by the Bayer Science & Education Foundation to a scientist in the German-speaking countries with excellent achievements in innovative fields of chemistry or biochemistry.
